\"Super Fudgio Club\" Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/h2>\n

I GENERAL TERMS<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. These Regulations define the rules of the promotion \"Super Fudgio Club\" (hereinafter referred to as: \"SF Club\") held at the online store at superfudgio.com\/sklep\/en (hereinafter referred to as: \"Store\").<\/p>\n

2. The owner and administrator of the Store is Me gusto limited liability company, Ba\u0142tycka 4a m. 3, 81-707 Sopot, Poland, National Court Register: 0000536651, EU VAT No.: 5252605509, National Business Registry Number 360465289, Share capital: 12 255 000 z\u0142 (hereinafter referred to as: \"Organizer\").<\/p>\n

3. The Organizer's contact details are e-mail address: kontakt@superfudgio.com, telephone number: +48 690 105 333 (call cost according to the operator's tariff).<\/p>\n

4. The terms used in these regulations have the following meanings:<\/p>\n

a) Organizer - Me gusto sp. z o.o.<\/p>\n

b) Terms and Conditions - these regulations of the \"SF Club\" Promotion.<\/p>\n

c) Store - Super Fudgio online Store operated at superfudgio.com\/sklep\/en.<\/p>\n

d) User - a consumer, entrepreneur, or other entity using the services provided by the Store.<\/p>\n

e) Promotion - promotion -25% on everything in the \"SF Club\" organized under the Term and Conditions. The promotion is held through the Store.<\/p>\n

f) Promotion Period - the promotion lasts from June 23, 2023, until canceled by the Organizer.<\/p>\n

g) Promotion Participant - each Store User who has an individual account in the Store.<\/p>\n

II RULES OF PARTICIPATION OF THE \"SF CLUB\" PROMOTION<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Each User who has an individual account in the Store will receive a 25% discount on all non-discounted products in the Store's offer. The 25% discount will be calculated automatically in the User's shopping cart.<\/p>\n

2. The Promotion Participant may use the Promotion multiple times.<\/p>\n

3. The Promotion covered by these Regulations shall not be combined with other promotions and discount coupons.<\/p>\n

4. Removal of the account in the Online Store will result in the loss of the right to the 25% discount referred to in Section 1.<\/p>\n

5 The Promotion includes both those who create an account during the Promotion Period and those who already have an account in the Store.<\/p>\n

6. The Promotion does not include discounted products marked as \"short expiry date\", discounted candy sets, and all other products marked as \u201esale\u201d.<\/p>\n

III FINAL TERMS<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. The Organizer has the right to terminate the Promotion at any time during its duration without giving any reason.<\/p>\n

2. Termination of the Promotion shall not entitle the Customers to raise any claims against the Organizer.<\/p>\n

3. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without giving any reason.<\/p>\n

4. Information about changes to the Terms and Conditions will be sent via e-mail at least 7 days before the planned effective date of the changes.<\/p>\n

5. To the extent not covered by the Terms and Conditions, the relevant provisions of law shall apply.<\/p>\n

6. The content of the Terms and Conditions is available on the Store's website at https:\/\/superfudgio.com\/en\/super-fudgio-club\/<\/p>\n

7. The Terms and Conditions of the Promotion are part of The Terms and Conditions of the Store, which is available at https:\/\/superfudgio.com\/en\/terms-conditions\/, Privacy Policy https:\/\/superfudgio.com\/en\/privacy-politycy\/<\/p>\n
