“Super Fudgio Club” Terms and Conditions

I GENERAL TERMS

1. These Regulations define the rules of the promotion “Super Fudgio Club” (hereinafter referred to as: “SF Club”) held at the online store at superfudgio.com/sklep/en (hereinafter referred to as: “Store”).

2. The owner and administrator of the Store is Me gusto limited liability company, Bałtycka 4a m. 3, 81-707 Sopot, Poland, National Court Register: 0000536651, EU VAT No.: 5252605509, National Business Registry Number 360465289, Share capital: 12 255 000 zł (hereinafter referred to as: “Organizer”).

3. The Organizer’s contact details are e-mail address: kontakt@superfudgio.com, telephone number: +48 690 105 333 (call cost according to the operator’s tariff).

4. The terms used in these regulations have the following meanings:

a) Organizer – Me gusto sp. z o.o.

b) Terms and Conditions – these regulations of the “SF Club” Promotion.

c) Store – Super Fudgio online Store operated at superfudgio.com/sklep/en.

d) User – a consumer, entrepreneur, or other entity using the services provided by the Store.

e) Promotion – promotion -25% on everything in the “SF Club” organized under the Term and Conditions. The promotion is held through the Store.

f) Promotion Period – the promotion lasts from June 23, 2023, until canceled by the Organizer.

g) Promotion Participant – each Store User who has an individual account in the Store.

II RULES OF PARTICIPATION OF THE “SF CLUB” PROMOTION

1. Each User who has an individual account in the Store will receive a 25% discount on all non-discounted products in the Store’s offer. The 25% discount will be calculated automatically in the User’s shopping cart.

2. The Promotion Participant may use the Promotion multiple times.

3. The Promotion covered by these Regulations shall not be combined with other promotions and discount coupons.

4. Removal of the account in the Online Store will result in the loss of the right to the 25% discount referred to in Section 1.

5 The Promotion includes both those who create an account during the Promotion Period and those who already have an account in the Store.

6. The Promotion does not include discounted products marked as “short expiry date”, discounted candy sets, and all other products marked as „sale”.

III FINAL TERMS

1. The Organizer has the right to terminate the Promotion at any time during its duration without giving any reason.

2. Termination of the Promotion shall not entitle the Customers to raise any claims against the Organizer.

3. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without giving any reason.

4. Information about changes to the Terms and Conditions will be sent via e-mail at least 7 days before the planned effective date of the changes.

5. To the extent not covered by the Terms and Conditions, the relevant provisions of law shall apply.
